At Van Schaik, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip or RA number inside.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
